STEAM Studios

What is STEAM? S.T.E.A.M stands for Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Math. In this studio, students will embrace their natural curiosity about their world and their passion for creating through project-based creative experiences. Students will be provided with opportunities to explore, experiment, and discover basic concepts of science and math then apply them to projects where they will use those concepts to design, tinker and build different creative projects using mediums and processes of technology, engineering and art. Supplies are included in the studio cost.

STEAM Studio at a glance:​​​​​

  • This year we will focus on designing with circuits, programming/robotics, energy and motion, and working with machines to make things come "alive" and move!
  • STEAM Studio is held on Tuesdays from 9:45-11:45 (3x per month)
  • Studio fee is $90/month individually or you can register for full day During Day Studios
  • Designed for ages 6-13 years.
  • Limited to 12 students.
  • Each student should bring a labeled bottle of water and a snack.
  • The program utilizes both inside and outside areas of ThinkerStudio so please apply sunscreen if needed.

THINKERSTUDIO's Refund Policy:

Parents/Guardians who notify ThinkerStudio at least 5 days before a class begins that they are unable to attend the studio are eligible for a 50% refund. NO REFUNDS are given for cancellation less than 5 days before class begins.

Refunds and/or credits for monthly tuition are NOT issued under the following circumstances:
- Your child is absent for expected or unexpected reasons.
- Your child is required to sit out of the program to quarantine.
- In the event of an unexpected school closure due to weather, an emergency or natural disaster, including temporary closures due to COVID-19, tuition for that month will not be refunded or discounted.
